It is not necessary to include dates for living persons, nor is it necessary to fill in all the data fields. The date fields may be entered as, dd/mm/yyyy, abt yyyy, range yyyy-yyyy or unknown. Remember to use the maiden name of the female spouse. There are 10 generation fields for your use and if needed a comment field at the end of the form to add additional information.
